What happens after you book your session with me? If you want to wear gowns from my client closet then we set up a date to meet at my studio to try on gowns. I will contact you about 2 weeks before our session to get that organized for you. How exciting and fun is that!? We can either meet at my studio (which I clean before your arrival and both wear masks during our consultation) or I can do a drop off. We can video chat and I can show you all the gowns that I have and you choose your favorites to try on and I will drop them off at your home and you bring them to your session.
Before Our Session
When you are getting ready for your session I usually have clients have their gowns already on once they get to location. In my packages you may choose up to 3 wardrobe changes, so I bring a blanket to help cover you up in between wardrobe changes. I plan to one day get a pop up tent for better privacy. Make sure you bring your spare clothes to change into after your session so that I can take the gowns with me to launder after.
During Our Session
One of the main keys to posing clients for maternity is the knee pop. Popping your one knee makes a huge difference to the look of the image. The image on the left is without a popped knee and the image on the right is the popped knee. But don't worry, I will let you know when to pop that knee.
After Your Session
Between 2 to 3 days after your session with me (which I hope you had a good time!) you will be getting an email with your proofing gallery to choose your favorite images for me to edit afterwards. The gallery is password protected which I will provide you in the same email. As stated in your contract you will have 7 days to choose your images before the gallery expires.
Editing and delivery of your images is a turnaround time of 2 to 3 weeks. In between editing your images I usually post a sneak peak on Facebook and Instagram to show you off to your friends and families. Once I am done editing your images I will upload them and send you the email link. It is password protected and will be the same password from your proofing gallery.
In your gallery on the top of the page there is a download link to click.
Once it is downloaded onto your device make sure you back up your images to an external hard drive/flash drive. Technology is flawed and sometimes accidents happen or devices crash. I do keep your galleries onto the site for quite sometime or until I run out of room.
When you do prints or canvases of your beautiful images make sure you get them done with professional printers. If want a recommendation about where to get your prints done, then just ask me. I will gladly help. Your high resolution images can only be done on professional printers. Getting prints done from lower grade printers will alter the color of your images and will look terrible.
I hope your experience with me was great and I really hope you love your pictures. I also love reviews. If you want to a leave a review, you can on my Facebook page or Google. I also have a referral program that will benefit you! Check it out the details on my website.
